Dear New Jersey State Police,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Incident Report regarding 2/4/21 incident at 38 Witches Hollow Road, Perrineville NJ 08535 regarding someone in distress and gasping for air. Number 38 is an empty lot and I am trying to understand what happened that resulted in several families being confronted with guns drawn at 3:00 am.
