Dear Brick Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

At 01:19 and 01:31 on 2/10/2024 multiple calls were placed into the communications center for a male unconscious in his car on lanes mill rd infront of herbertsville elementary. I am requesting the body camera of all the officers on scene, as well as the incident report, any citations or other infractions given to the driver, and any other documentation/records affiliated with this incident. The driver was stopped by Wellington Drive, in a white cadillac.
