Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Incident Summary: His ex-wife assaulted him and beat him. Her mother witnessed the entire event and called the police. She was detained for about 2 or 3 hours. After being released, she returned home, grabbed a knife, and threatened him again. Her mother called the police once more, and when they arrived, they advised him to leave the house. However, since he had nowhere else to go, the police warned her to calm down or face arrest. She kicked him out of the house and changed the locks on the door. They went to court

The case is a domestic violence incident and domestic violence
incidents are exempt from OPRA and therefore, your request is denied. If
