Incident police records, multiple

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Rutgers University should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Real World Media, LLC

Dear Rutgers University,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Body worn camera ("BWC") footage was recently published capturing a March 4, 2019 incident involving Chancellor Nancy Cantor. (If you require additional information to identify the incident, please see the news article and video linked below.)

It is clear from the video that only a portion of the BWC footage was published. Additionally, footage was not published from other officers on scene.

Additionally, please note the following eleven incidents:

19RS00673
19RS00675
19RC02090
19RC02156
19RC01900
19RC01949
19RC01632
19RC01709
19RC01787
19RN00906
19RN00862

I request a complete and unedited electronic copy, transferred to me over the internet in the highest resolution and quality available, of all video records capturing or memorializing any portion of each of the incidents described above, including but not limited to video records obtained from third parties, such as private CCTV video records, in your search for responsive records. For each incident I also request a machine-readable electronic copy of the incident report and any supplements that may exist.

All responsive records can be easily and securely uploaded directly to a pre-assigned folder in my Dropbox account using the link below. There is no fee involved on the Department's side and there is no need to create an account or download anything.

If records are provided using a different large-file transfer service, please send the files to the email address [email address].

Thank you.
