Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request today. As such, the Township will respond as
soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.

Please be advised Town Hall will be closed 12/25/2023 in
observance of Christmas. Town Hall will re-open on 12/26/2023.

Please be advised that due to the file size of the requested
audio/video records it may exceed email capacity. Therefore, the
records will be transmitted by CD or Flash Drive which a cost will
be associated with your request.

CONFIRMED PAYMENT VIA EMAIL 12/18

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 12/15/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 12/27/2023. This response
to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided.

Additionally, due to the large file size of the uadio/video
requested records, the records are being transmitted to you via
flash drive. Pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.b, the cost associated
with this request is $14.70 including postage.

Please make out the check to the "Township of Lakewood" addressed
to the Township Clerk-Lakewood Municipal Bldg- 231 Third Street-
Lakewood, NJ 08701. Please note the OPRA request number in the
memo portion of the check.

Upon receipt of your check in the amount of $14.70, the flash
drive will be mailed to you.

Please remit payment and the address you would like us to mail the
flash drive to.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, Incident report and MVR are
denied as criminal investigatory records. No other records exist.
