The following records are requested for an EMS response in Tuckerton Borough on December 17, 2021 involving a respiratory at 120 W Main St, Tuckerton Borough, at 10:32:55.
-All radio traffic between Ocean County dispatch and all EMS units assigned (including mutual aid) for the duration of the call. This includes response, arrival, special requests, transport, and clear/available radio traffic. (If other calls/radio traffic bleed over during this duration it is okay).
- Recording of all 911 calls pertaining to this incident
- CAD dispatch, response, arrival, and transport times with units assigned. Please include medic unit assigned with times if medic unit was requested.
- Any additional notes/reports pertaining to this incident.
