This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1 - List of all police CAD responses (including detail / narrative) to Bath & Body Works, Ellisburg Circle, at Route 70 and Route 41, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 from January 27th, 2018 to January 31st, 2018.

2 - Copies of Cherry Hill police incident reports regarding a disturbance or disturbance(s) at Bath & Body Works that occurred on January 27th, 2018 and January 28th, 2018.

3 - Copies of any summonses or charging documents pertaining to item #2 of this request.

Dear Mr. Rozzi,

After careful review of your OPRA request received January 31,
2018, we have determined that your request is for documents, which
are not considered public documents and therefore are not subject
to OPRA.

The documents requested may/are part of an open criminal
investigation and therefore, pursuant to N.J.S 47:1a-1.1 ET SEQ.,
as well as OPRA regulations, are exempt from disclosure.

As a result of our search, subsequent findings and this response
to your request, we have marked your OPRA request received January
31, 2018 as satisfied and closed.

You have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. A copy of the Denial Poster
