Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I respectfully request copies of all government records related to the reported robbery and police response occurring on or about June 4, 2026, at 156 West Passaic Street, Suite A, Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

Specifically, I am requesting the following records:

All 9-1-1 calls, recordings, transcripts, CAD entries, and dispatch records related to the incident.
All police radio transmissions, radio logs, recordings, transcripts, and communications between dispatch and responding officers relating to the incident.
All Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) reports, event logs, incident logs, call history reports, and dispatch summaries associated with the incident.
The police incident report, investigation report, offense report, arrest report, supplementary reports, and any related narrative reports.
All body-worn camera (BWC) recordings, dash camera recordings, surveillance footage, photographs, and video evidence collected or reviewed by the Rochelle Park Police Department in connection with this incident.
All records identifying the responding officers, supervisors, detectives, and any assisting law enforcement agencies involved in the response or investigation.
Any communications, including emails, memoranda, text messages, or internal correspondence, regarding the incident between members of the Rochelle Park Police Department and any outside law enforcement agencies.
Any press releases, public information statements, or media communications issued regarding the incident.
Any records reflecting the time of dispatch, arrival of officers, clearing of the scene, and disposition of the call.
Any arrest records, criminal complaints, warrants, or summonses issued as a result of the incident, to the extent such records are subject to disclosure under OPRA.

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide a written explanation identifying the specific legal basis for the denial and produce all segregable portions of responsive records that are not exempt from disclosure.

I request that responsive records be provided electronically whenever possible.
