I received a partial fulfillment of my request. Data from all the municipalities in Essex County was not returned and some of the information was from several years ago. Having had multiple interactions with various county and state offices, with regard to voter data, I understand that as a New Jersey County Clerk, your office can submit a query to the database with whatever intra-county-state level protocol is required referencing the data column name in the voter database like 'CC/MC'. A value of 'CC' in the voter's record would indicate membership of their municipal committee. A value of 'CC/MC' would indicate that they were both a district representative and a municipal chairperson. A value of 'MC' would indicate that they were the municipal chair only. A query of this type would retrieve all the records of person who were members of a Democrat or Republican Municipal and thus members of the County Committee.

This is the data I am requesting for both the Democrat and Republican parties. It will be far more accurate than the data so far returned in my request. In these times, this query is not difficult to execute unless there is some of other factor at work that prevents the data from being made available.

I would appreciate your forwarding this information to me as soon as possible.
