Dear Records Custodian,
In response to your request to narrow the scope of my OPRA request, I am submitting the following revised request:
I am requesting all emails sent to or from Howell Township email accounts that contain any of the following keywords:
“shared services”
“ILSA”
“inter-local service agreement”
“consolidation”
“911 dispatch”
"medstar"
This request is limited to emails dated from January 1, 2019 through the date of fulfillment.
This request is intended to be fulfilled through an electronic keyword search of Township email systems and includes both internal and external communications.
Please include all responsive emails, along with any attachments.
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial.
If further clarification is needed to process this request, I am willing to reasonably cooperate to narrow the scope.
