For the purpose of this OPRA request, I am referring to the case before the OAL on the EEC docket, I/M/O Shawn Giordano, Lacey Township Board of Education, Docket no. 06739-2020 before ALJ Ascione.

Records requested:
1 - Please provide copies of any notices issued by the Office of Administrative Law to the parties in this matter since the matter was docketed with OAL.

2 - Please also provide electronic copies of any audio recordings from conferences that have occurred in this matter since the Transmittal from the School Ethics Commission from August, 2020 to the present.

3 - Lastly, please provide copies of any new pleadings or motions that have been filed before the OAL. Please note that I am NOT requesting the pleadings that were previously filed before the School Ethics Commission before their transmittal of this matter to OAL, I am only seeking new pleadings that were filed with OAL.
