Immediate record request/ Notice of compliance - OPRA records for P.O Billy Brown

Currently waiting for a response from North Bergen Township, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear North Bergen Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
Here we go again with the North Bergen Township clerk following Tom Kobin's unlawful instructions not to release OPRA documents that should be honored because they are lawful.

Erin, its not going to be Tom Kobin who gets sued and has to stand in Superior court. No matter how much legal protection he promises you, you are the one in the hot seat, not him. Stand by the oath you took, do the right thing, release P.O Billy Brown's overtime documents.

We can all assume that since you delayed the prior request without even providing a reason, you're just giving the corrupt police department the opportunity to change all the records so they look legitimate. we're on to you.

I am officially requesting all of Billy Brown's overtime slips from 2020 to the present, as well as the Mayor's calendar schedule for the same timeframe.

Do the right thing here, Erin. It's not your problem that Billy allegedly stole time. You have a family to protect, which he isn't worried about. He's only worried about himself while he parades around town drinking with his gun visible on his hip like a big shot, all while collecting fabricated overtime.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Yours faithfully,
Justice
