IMMEDIATE ACCESS Contracts with temp agencies
Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Copies of all contracts executed by the NJ Dept of Treasury for Temp Agencies (temporary employees) for the time period 01/01/2024- 10/01/2024
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
Yours faithfully,

Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of the Treasury's handling of my OPRA request 'IMMEDIATE ACCESS Contracts with temp agencies'.
So, by not providing any records, are you trying to say that the State did not hire any temp employees to process the Anchor rebates, which there was a big fallout with?
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/immediat...
Yours faithfully,

Good afternoon,
Under OPRA, Records Custodians are required to provide records specifically described in the request. You requested contracts for temp agencies executed between January 1, 2024 through October 1, 2024. Therefore, based on the wording of the request, the Custodian responded there were no responsive records for contracts executed in the requested timeframe. The response only speaks to the specific records you requested not any other records related to temp agencies, should they exist. You are welcome to submit a new request for records if you choose.
Thanks,
Department of the Treasury
