Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am hereby requesting access to and copies of the following government records:Lease and Property Agreements: Copies of any current or active leases, sub-leases, deeds, easements, land-use agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), or shared services agreements between the Town of Secaucus and Hartz Mountain Industries (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, or representatives) concerning the property, development, or operation of Imagine Gardens Park located at 44 Meadowlands Pkwy, Secaucus, NJ 07094.Maintenance and Operations Records: Any written agreements, maintenance schedules, work orders, service contracts, or cost-sharing records detailing the responsibilities of both the Town of Secaucus and Hartz Mountain Industries regarding the upkeep, landscaping, repairs, safety inspections, and general maintenance of Imagine Gardens Park.Communications: Any and all written or electronic communications—including but not limited to emails, letters, memos, and text messages—between officials, employees, or representatives of the Town of Secaucus and Hartz Mountain Industries regarding the lease, operation, maintenance, funding, or management of Imagine Gardens Park.Timeframe of Search:

Please scope the search for the communications item (Item 3) from August 11, 2024, through the date of this request (representing the past 24 months). For the formal agreements (Items 1 and 2), please provide the currently effective executed documents regardless of execution date.
