Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. In the South Bound Brook Housing Element and Fair Share Plan prepared by CME Consulting Engineers, created on May 30th, 2025, and presented to a joint meeting of the Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Board on June 4th, on page 28, the plan states:
"The Borough has negotiated with a developer to provide eight (8) affordable rental units in a 12 unit multi-family development at the the property, which is currently owned by the Borough (Block 57.02, Lot 1.03)"

Please identify the Developer
Please identify the Borough official who offered the municipal land to the developer
Please identify , and provide the council ordnance that authorized this agreement
Please provide a copy of the agreement document
Please identify the CME associates by name, that participated in the process of documenting this statement on the Fair Share Plan of 30 May (also repeated in the June 4th revision)
