Dear New Jersey Department of Corrections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
David Turner (DOB 7/20/1981) was sentenced to 4 years in incarceration on April 13, 2007, by Judge Louse D. Donaldson (Case Number 05005188 / IND/ACC NO 06-02-00757-I). Thereafter, he was sentenced to 3 years on July 20, 2007 by same judge (Case Number 06007700/IND/ACC No 07-03-01088-I).

We are respectfully requesting records reflecting the specific dates of incarceration in NJ jails and prisons for these charges, as well as specific facility for each period of incarceration.
