Ice remediation efforts February 13, 2018 to February 14, 2018

Records requested:
I represent a Picatinny Arsenal (PA) employee who was injured when he slipped on a sheet of ice in a Picatinny Arsenal parking lot. PA has not responded to our efforts to gain information about what advanced notice they had of an oncoming ice storm on the night of February 13, 2018, into the morning of February 14, 2018. Kindly provide this office with the source of information relied upon by Sparta to address ice accumulation on the aforementioned dates. Please provide this office with a copy of same and advise when salting/brining began in Sparta. Thank you for your anticipated attention to this request.
