We are investigating a motor vehicle accident that occurred on November 9, 2025 at 11:30 PM at or near 334 West Market Street (McDonalds) in the County of Newark, State of New Jersey.

At the time of incident, our client Ibn Chan Holman was a lawful occupant in a motor vehicle bearing New Jersey license plate # S28UPF, VIN# 1C4RJFCG7LC109705, when the said vehicle was struck by a motor vehicle, bearing New York State license plate number Unknown, Owned & operated by Unknown, at the aforementioned location. As a result of said incident claimants’ sustained serious injuries.
