Records related to Ian Malik while employed, volunteering, or working in any capacity for Hopewell Township showing duties, compensation, job title, and reason for leaving from 2008-2011.

Any record of disciplinary action while employed, volunteering, or working in any capacity for Hopewell Township 2008-present.

A copy of any settlements, agreements, memorandums of understanding or other documents outlining a settlement entered into between Hopewell Township and Ian Malik related to his leaving being employed, volunteering, or working for Hopewell Township from 2008-present.

A copy of any settlement or agreement between the Township, Ian Malik, and the Mercer Country Prosecutors Office or any other prosecuting authority or the Courts of New Jersey in possession of Hopewell Township related to employment with Hopewell Township.

Copies of any police reports or investigations related to Ian Malik from 2009-2011.

The information you provided appears to be inaccurate. The below appears on Mr. Malik's LinkedIn profile:

".... Per Diem Dispatcher Hopewell Township Police Department Hopewell Township Police Department Dec 2005 - Jan 2010 · 4 yrs 2 mos"

The specified employer is the "Hopewell Township Police Department" not the fire district, with Malik claiming he was employed by the Township for four years and two months.

I am again requesting the information related to his employment with Hopewell Township. To clarify, the date range I am now requesting is December 2005 to January 2010.
