A copy of the current surety bond for the County Clerk, including:
the name of the surety company (bonding company)
the bond number
the amount of coverage (face value of the bond)
the effective dates (start and end) of the bond
If applicable, any certificates of renewal or amendments to the bond covering the same office.
Please advise if there are any fees associated with copying or providing the records, and whether the documents can be delivered electronically (via email or PDF).
