I would like the dash cam and body cam video/police response
Dear Berlin Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I would like the dash cam and body cam video footage for all responses at Spring Oak assisted living ,396 S WHP berlin NJ on 4/28/2021 between 4-6pm. Officers Art Knapp and Pfeiffer responded to my call. I am on the video. I would like a copy of the footage and I can view it at the police station. The officers did nothing wrong! They helped me. I need this for my lawyer.
