Dear Nutley Board of Education,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I seek any and all updates to the ongoing investigation into Nutley BOE's missing funds.
I seek an immediate update as I have been provided information that Charles Krasinski is a co-conspirator and may be responsible for covering up evidence for the investigation.
I also understand that Former Nutley Town attorney Alan Genentempo, now the Nutley Municipal Court Judge JMC, will not process any legal action against the Nutley BOE.
I insist that the update, although redacted, is required to ensure the investigation is completed.
Charles Kasinski, a Nutley BOE member, was a Nutley Fire Executive. The position was created by then Carmine A. Oreicho, president of the New Jersey Senate, made the position.
Charles Kasinski, a Nutley Fire Executive, attended college on Nutley Town time and expense. There were only two positions as a Fire Executive in the State of New Jersey. Charles Kasinski, a Nutley Fire Executive, was responsible for vacations.
I suspect a release is required to ensure the Taxpayers of Nutley will not be deceived again.
Please provide an update and have the investigation moved to the New Jersey State Attorney General, or I will.
