I was arrested at 1868 Hooper and brought to the Toms River Police Department then to the Ocean County Jail then back to the police department then to Community Hospital Then brought back to the Ocean County Jail where I remained in custody. There were several Incidents Involving many many officers that used Force against me. The documents that I am requesting are as follows.

1.All use-of-force reports

2. all officers statements

3. all incident reports

4. All officers names and badge numbers

5. All audio recordings and dashboard cam recordings From approximately six Cruisers that were on scene 1868 Hooper Avenue.

6.All security camera footage and audio recordings from inside the Toms River Police Department.
