Mrs. Gafah,
The district's response to your Open Public Records Request dated
September 24, 2025, is attached.
Dear Wolf, Veronica,
I am following up on my OPRA request regarding the video recording of a Board of Education meeting. Your response indicated that the Board is “not in possession” of this recording.
Could you please clarify:
1. Who currently has custody or ownership of this recording.
2. Whether it might be available from the town TV station or another entity.
3. The Board’s policy regarding retention and posting of meeting recordings.
4. Whether the Board ever had this specific recording in its custody.
Thank you for your guidance.
Yours sincerely,
Lisa Gafah
