Good afternoon,
I am attempting to locate the arrest that you are referring to in your
OPRA request but I’m not having any luck. On the date in question, April
5, 2023, our agency did not arrest an 18 year old Hispanic female for
shoplifting. Do you have the name of the arrestee that you are making
inquiry? It will assist me in locating what exact arrest you are looking
for so that I may provide you with the correct records, as I suspect you
may have the wrong date in your request.

Good morning,
I located the report and arrest you are referring too. The suspect in case 2023-13774 is in fact eighteen (18) years old however they were not arrested for "shoplifting" as you had initially indicated but rather several other offenses.
