1-All purchase requests for HVAC service for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020
school years for all school buildings district wide - please see attached
folder
2-"As built" drawings for all HVAC systems district-wide - these documents
are available for review at the Voorhees Township BOE Administration
Building - please contact us to set up a time.
3-HVAC System Commissioning Report - same as #2
4-HVAC preventative maintenance schedule district wide - please see the
Indoor Air Quality Program for 2020-2021 in the attached folder
5-HVAC certification of engineer responsible for HVAC system - please see
the Air Consulting Services, LLC - Industrial Hygienist letter in the
attached folder
6-Any purchase orders for HVAC filters for the past two school years
(2018-2019) and (2019- 2020) until the present day, specifically listing
MERV specifications of the filters. - same as #1
7-Superintendent's Attestation letter submitted to the state re:
re-opening of schools - Please be advised that, while we sought to obtain
a copy of the requested document, the Voorhees Township Public Schools has
no record of same. During our search for the requested document it came to
our attention, through the Camden County Executive County Superintendent,
that a request for this particular document pursuant to the Open Public
Records Act would need to be made directly with the New Jersey Department
of Education, rather than with the individual school district.
