Name and qualifications of the engineer who completed the most recent HVAC inspection relating to the districts reopening plan and a copy of that report.
A list of the MERV filter ratings currently being used in district HVAC systems and if they will run efficiently with the CDC recommence MERV 13.
Did the district run the HVAC over the summer and check the air returns?
Do your quarantine areas have independent HVAC exhaust outlets as required?
Copies of purchase orders, with all back-ups, for any Covid-19 related supplies.
