This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. All purchase requests for HVAC service for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years
2. "As built" drawings for all HVAC systems district-wide
3. HVAC System Commissioning Report
4. HVAC preventive maintenance schedule district wide
5. HVAC certification of engineer responsible for HVAC system
6. Any purchase orders for HVAC filters for the past two school years (2018-2019, 2019-2020) until the present day, specifically listing MERV specifications of the filters
7. Superintendent's Attestation Letter submitted to the state re: reopening of schools

Dear Ms. Pokallus ~
I am responding on behalf of the School Business Administrator, Mark S.
Leung regarding above referenced. The Lumberton Township School District
received your August 24, 2020 OPRA request seeking the following
information:
1. All purchase requests for HVAC service for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020
school years 2. "As built" drawings for all HVAC systems district-wide 3.
HVAC System Commissioning Report 4. HVAC preventive maintenance schedule
district wide 5. HVAC certification of engineer responsible for HVAC
system 6. Any purchase orders for HVAC filters for the past two school
years (2018-2019, 2019-2020) until the present day, specifically listing
MERV specifications of the filters 7. Superintendent's Attestation Letter
submitted to the state re: reopening of schools.
Please accept the below communication as the District’s timely response,
as follows:
1. All purchase requests for HVAC service for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020
school years.
Response: The district’s purchase orders for HVAC maintenance are
attached.
2. "As built" drawings for all HVAC systems district-wide.
Response: This portion of your request is denied as not only overbroad and
cumbersome, but under New Jersey Executive Order and Department of
Community Affairs bulletins which prohibit the release of building
specifications for security purposes.
3. HVAC System Commissioning Report.
Response: No commission reports were needed when these building were
built.
4. HVAC preventive maintenance schedule district wide.
Response: The district’s maintenance schedules are attached.
5. HVAC certification of engineer responsible for HVAC system.
Response: We are not sure what you are asking here - all the permits and
inspections had to get approved in order to operate. Should you require
anything further, please clarify?
6. Any purchase orders for HVAC filters for the past two school years
(2018-2019, 2019-2020) until the present day, specifically listing MERV
specifications of the filters.
Response: See Number 1 - all purchase orders are attached.
7. Superintendent's Attestation Letter submitted to the state re:
reopening of schools.
Response: There isn't an "attestation letter." There are attestation
links online. Following is a blast from the County Office of Education:
"In order to certify your reopening plan, Chief School Administrators and
Lead Persons must submit an attestation, online only, through linked pages
below and should do this after the plan has been completed."
This completes your OPRA request.
