Dear East Orange City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
This is the 2nd request for the following information:

A copy of the city's HUD mandated "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Plan" for 2021 and 2022.

We are compiling a report of federal funds distribution throughout the city. The data requested is identified as a matter of public record and will be used in a quantitative and qualitative analysis of service related distributions, demographics and outcomes. It is also used as a comparison against census data in the Northeast region of the U.S. as well as congressional earmarks and funding requests within the 10th Congressional District.
