This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

The following request is submitted in pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 please see below:

1) A copy of the City's most recent Harassment policy for employees and protocol for handling any claims of harassment.

2) A copy of the city handbook and date handbook was approved by City Council.

3) A copy of the City's protocol when handling any case that includes CEPA Violation.

4) A copy of the RFP that went out for legal counsel and was won by Lite Depalma Greenberg & Afandor, LLC. (Please provide the agreed upon terms as this is public record..payment, duration of investigation. and why/how this firm was selected)

5. A copy of the closing documents submitted for 40 North Park street including formation documents.

6. Please provide the two most recent ordinances that states if employees are allowed to purchase property at a city auction.

7. Please provide a copy of Maria Cavero resume and any additional certifications such as "Confidentiality Certification, HIPPA certification as she is dealing with confidential and sensitive information" (Lastly she is working out of title as the last person to hold this position was CWA worker)

8. Maria Cavero payroll May 2020-Current.

9.There was an email sent out by both Fire Unions to Law, HR, BA and Mayors office. We have been made aware of Ryan Linder's response that contained many false allegations and defamation of character we are requesting a copy of that rebuttal to email be made public here. Any emails from Ryan from Sept 15th through Sept 30th regarding a rebuttal to The Union Memo. This is not attorney client privileged or the information would not have been shared with City Council. Lastly, all 9 request were verified with the state as questions that can be requested to East Orange Municipality. Failure to provide any of the following 9 requested documents will trigger an automatic appeal with the State of NJ as to why the request was denied.
