Dear Somerset County,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

- What are the policy / procedures for hiring Full Time & Part Time employees
- Payments to County Counsel and persons working on behalf of counsel, as well all legal monies pertaining to legal counsel/payouts, for the last ten years

- Employee records from 2018 - current in the same format please as "Salary And Wage Report 01 01 24 to 12 01 2024.pdf" provided to Mr. Kratovil on November 1 2024:
--- name, title/position, department/division, yearly salary, overtime, hire date, and termination/retirement date (if applicable) for all employees since 2018.

N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5i.  The County anticipates requiring an additional one
week (until October 20, 2025) to compile, review, and produce the
potentially responsive records in accordance with New Jersey law.  The
County also reserves the right to request an additional extension of time,
if necessary. See Scheeler v. New Jersey Department of Educ., GRC
Complaint No. 2014-123 (2016).
