As required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities with Act (ADA) and 28 CFR 35.105, the Township is required to engage in a self-evaluation and develop a transition plan to improve accessibility for the disabled. Please provide a copy of that plan in electronic format.
Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.b.
