I am a consultant to the Garfield Public Schools. I am providing them with an enrollment projection study. The study requires that I include the possible impact on enrollment from projected new housing developments, or those currently under construction. What I
need is data from any approved or currently being built developments. Specifically:

1. Name and location of development
2. Type (apartments (rent or own); townhomes; and single and multi-family homes (major subdivisions).
3. Total number of units with bedroom counts
4. Percentage of affordable units.
