Hourly breakdown for 4 public employees and social media policies

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Total number of hours worked in 2020 by the following individuals, please specify if/how many hours were paid at the Overtime rate:
Fred Henry, Mayor
Michael Gross, Council President
Glenn Skarzynski, Business Administrator
Michael Kelly, Sergeant
For Mayor Henry and Council President Gross - if they do not clock in for work like other employees, please provide a ballpark estimate of hours worked in 2020.
In addition - please provide a copy of social media policies/procedures for Police, Volunteer Fire, and City employees.

Results from Fire Dept. - “We currently operate under the City of South
Amboy Social Media Policy. We do not have a specific fire department
related policy as of yet. “
Results from Payroll -
Fred Henry- $10,353.00 Salary and is paid $398.19 per pay- Does not punch
and cannot approximate hours worked
Michael Gross- $8968.00 and is paid $344.92 per pay- Does not punch and
cannot approximate hours worked
Glenn Skarzynski- $125,460.00 Salary and is paid $4,825.38 per pay- Works
approximately 40 hours per week or 80 hours in a pay period and is not
entitled to overtime as an exempt employee
Michael Kelly- $133,682.59 Salary and worked approximately 174.5 hours of
overtime at an approximate rate of $94.53 per hour
