Dear Casino Reinvestment Development Authority,

This is my second request for this as your first response advised to contact the city of atlantic city, who advised to contact the CRDA. I dont understand the confusion here. this article clearly states it is a contract between the CRDA and the Restaurants in question, Mike B's and Cedar Markets, please provide a copy of the contract.
