Please be advised, the undersigned represents the Ocean County Clerk and
in that regard have been asked to reply to your recent request for a
response to your October 18, 2024 inquiry of the July 26, 2024 OPRA
request asking for copies of all home/land  purchases/transactions between
January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024 in Toms River, NJ including the
property address and the date of closing.

On August 7, 2024, the Deputy County Clerk, John Catalano, responded to
this OPRA request advising that all your requested documents were
available on the County Clerk website oceancountyclerk.com free of charge
and without the need of an OPRA request.

As you are aware, since the documents you were seeking are publicly
available on the internet, they do not need to be produced.
