Thank you for the response. There is nothing to be redacted from a detailed vendor history report for the years requested. Assuming you are using Edmunds, you can choose to not include their tax ID number in the final report.

For Edmunds Finance > A/P > Vendor > Vendor Activity Report

Uncheck "Include Tax ID"

The rest of the info is public record.
