Please provide a detailed vendor payment history report for all payments to Holman Frenia Allison for the period 1/1/23 to 6/30/23
Please provide the "Surplus Rebuilding Plan" as referenced in multiple news reports as prepared by contract cfo Anthony Mennino. Please don't use the reason for not releasing as a ACD, since the budget was formally introduced and this was shared with the governing body.
Please provide any emails or correspondence regarding Holman Frenia & Allison being removed or fired as the CFO.
