Police Officers Christopher Soto, Anthony Rutkowski, Marvin DeJesus, Ramon Estrella and Sgt. Roary Miller arrested Joseph Alcantara-Monegro of Jersey City on July 5, 2024, around 8:20 p.m., at the Marin Boulevard. Would you please provide the respective body cam footage of the incident?
