1.Complaints and arrest reports for Robin Parker, years 2010-2021, are attached. There were no 911 calls. I do not know what you mean when you refer to global subject activity reports. PLEIRs and affidavits did not exist during the time period that the attached cases took place. There were no motor vehicle accidents, stops, tickets. I do not know what you mean by "released" or "investigations." Police reports pertaining to a criminal case is a request for criminal investigatory records and must be denied. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 defines a criminal investigatory record: A record which is not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that is held by a law enforcement agency, which pertains to any criminal investigation. “Criminal investigatory files include records involving all manner of crimes, resolved or unresolved, and include information that is part and parcel of an investigation, confirmed or unconfirmed.” Janeczko v. New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, GRC Complaint Nos. 2002-79 and 2002-80, Analysis and Conclusion; Nance v. Scotch Plains Township Police Department Custodian of Record, GRC Complaint No. 2003-125. Police reports are not part of public record. R. 1:38-3(f)(3). Criminal investigatory records are exempt from disclosure in response to an OPRA request. North Jersey Media Group, Inc. v. Township of Lyndhurst, 229 N.J. 541 (July 11, 2017).

Parker's driver's license number and social security number are redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(a).

2.There are no cases pertaining to Anthony Thigpen between 2005-2021.

You also stated, "Please include any complaints or reports created or made by above defendants or where they may listed within others as standby , witness, involvement with other incidents where they may not be defendants." I could not find any records pertaining to those two as witnesses.
