All building and alteration permits and approved plans.
All change-of-use approvals.
All zoning approvals, variances, and related resolutions.
All Planning Board and Zoning Board applications, approvals, and resolutions.
All fire inspection reports and fire violations.
All code enforcement and property-maintenance violations, notices, and orders.
Records identifying the legally approved number of dwelling units and floors/stories.
Records relating to the approved tavern/club use.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments.
