Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I respectfully request access to the following public records related to the Laboratory Technician position, which was posted internally with a closing date of October 10, 2024, as per the Authority’s internal job posting policy:
The name, title, and hire date of the individual selected for the Laboratory Technician position that closed on October 10, 2024.
A copy of the Board of Commissioners resolution or meeting minutes approving the hire.
The starting salary, department assignment, and job classification/title of the individual selected.
Any non-confidential records relating to the posting, review, and selection process for this position, including records showing whether internal applicants were reviewed or notified in accordance with Section 3.8 of the Authority’s employee policy or collective bargaining agreement.
