Dear Delran Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. Records requested:
This request pertains to the Hidden Acres Development, please reference my request 23-077, if the information was provided unredacted I do not need it again-This new requests pertains to information I did not received and a few new items.
I am requesting all correspondence, emails, records, minutes pertaining to RYAN Homes and the Township of Delran specifically regarding a variance dated around June 2021- to the Present May 10, 2024. This includes all emails from ANY representative from Ryan Homes including all unredacted emails, correspondence, phone logs- ANYTHING regarding this variance in the time frame indicated. Throughout the course of this varience members of the community made comments as well as lobbied Township Officials regarding this development. If an emails was received by the township that is part of the public record. Further if any emails were forward to a private emails that originated through the township that is part of the public records. If any township officials is forward or using their private emails for township business that is part of the public record. Additionally I am requesting the original deed between the developer and Ryan Homes.

1. All emails and correspondence from June 2021 between Ryan Homes - The township of Delran- Mayor, City Council, Planning boards, including minutes- AND any/all citizens who commented or sent emails regarding the development and site plan. June 21, 2021-Present

2. Original Deed or any records between Ryan Homes, the Developer, and the township, specifically regarding this site plane any planned or proposed varience in the development.

3. All emails and correspondence between the resident and any present or past member of City Council who assisted the residents in this endeavor. June 2021-Present (Unredacted)

4 Chain of ownership on file with the township of Delran, settlement date on the land at 128 Hidden Acres Lane, Moorestown, NJ. Any dated material on the ownership by the developer- no diagrams are requested at this time.

5. Reference Ryan Homes as I am unable to located through appropriate official channel when I say Ryan Homes I mean any and all- any official, this information is readily available. Your lack of appropriate legal information regarding Ryan Homes, specifically Dylan Sinclair will/may be a matter of future litigation.

6. I have a right under the act to have these emails, correspondence, minutes, and coordination between the Builder, Developer, the residents who complained or made comment and any representation they had throughout the process. I expect these information be unredacted Again- once a private or public citizen made comments or provides dialogue with the township that is part of the public records including their email addresses.

7. Since the township with held most information request under 23-077 again if it was redacted including email addresses I am entitled to this emails addresses and any/all comments that were made and any representation they may have had.

8. This information is available and will be used for legal action in the near future.
