Good Morning,  In reference to your OPRA request received August 20, 2018 
please note; the HIB reports are exempt under NJSA 47:1A-1.1(17)f that
deals with student records as well as grievance or disciplinary
proceedings. There are also “privacy interests” at issue under NJSA
47:1A-1.1(24) and The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. (FERPA).
