All emails, written communications, electronic correspondence, text messages, internal memoranda, notes, reports, and any other records—whether in electronic or paper form—created, sent, received, or maintained by the Mansfield Township School District that reference, relate to, or concern my son, Nathanael Fayer, DOB: 06/20/2015, for the period of 8/1/2025 through present.

This request specifically includes, but is not limited to, records and communications concerning:

Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB), including:

HIB reports, complaints, referrals, findings, determinations, and investigations

Drafts, notes, and internal discussions related to any HIB allegations

Communications regarding whether incidents met the HIB standard

Student safety concerns, including but not limited to:

Threat assessments

Behavioral incidents

Classroom disturbances

Lockdowns, shelter-in-place events, or emergency responses

Safety plans or interventions

Incident reports or summaries

Communications with or about:

School security personnel

Local law enforcement or emergency responders

Crisis response teams

Administration discussions regarding student or staff safety

This request includes communications involving, but not limited to, the following individuals or their official Mansfield Township School District email accounts:

Teachers

Classroom aides

Case managers

School counselors

Child Study Team members

Principals and vice principals

District administrators

Board of Education members

Any other staff or agents acting on behalf of the district

The request further includes communications between staff members, as well as communications between staff and third parties, insofar as such records pertain to my son.

If any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and identify the specific statutory basis for each redaction or withholding, as required by OPRA.

If the request is denied in whole or in part, please provide the legal justification for the denial. If records are available electronically, I request they be provided in electronic format via email.

Please advise in advance if there are any fees associated with this request.
