Residential properties with street addresses owned by individuals (no corporations or LLCs) with the below criteria from January 2023 to June 2023;
1. Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
2. Condemned properties
3. All properties currently listed with utility shut-off notice
4. All properties with notices of abatement

*PLEASE DON'T INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATIONS*
