Health inspection reports/complaints
Dear Ocean County Health Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide copies of the current health license and all inspection reports and complaints from 2016-present for the following locations:

7. Boston Market, 580 Brick Boulevard, Brick

"Resident"-
On, March 9, 2020, New Jersey Governor, Phil Murphy, signed an Executive Order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic that invaded the State of New Jersey. One of the articles of the Executive Order extended the response times to OPRA requests from seven (7) business days to twenty one (21) business days. Please accept this as notification that the Ocean County Health Department will be adopting the 21 day fulfillment of records to requestors, as our assets are stretched to respond to recent COVID activity.
We will continue to work as quickly as we can to get your records request out to you, but the extension of time is needed at this time. You will have your records no later than, Thursday, December 24, 2020, twenty one (21) business days after your request was received on, November 23, 2020.
You have the right to challenge any decision by the Ocean County Health Department to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with Government Records Council.
