Attached are the Health Department records for 402 Washington Crossing
Pennington Road, Block 98.01, Lot 12. These are the Health Department
records only, further documents may be coming from other departments
depending on the scope of the request.
If this inquiry is in anticipation of an upcoming real estate transfer,
please be aware of Hopewell Township’s requirements for reviews by both
the Fire Safety and the Health Department. Failure to file applications
in a timely manner may delay your closing.
