These are currently in effect but are in the process of revision for the
2022-23 school year.
The remainder of your request is not one for specific government records
under OPRA but is an overbroad request which would require research to be
performed to determine what records might exist responsive to your
request. The remainder of your request is denied for this reason.

Dear Michael Petrizzo,
Unfortunately this does not at all answer my question. I am requesting to view all materials that have been used for the last 4 years. I reviewed the 4th grade curriculum you referenced on the website. It does not list out any videos. I have been assured that the same video depicting only the 3 minutes of sexual excitement has been shown in years past. I want to confirm this.
Can you please provide me with the curriculum, naming the video, that we show to the 10 year old boys each year?
If there was no requirement for this video, I will need to know, who is the person who approved this video? And how many years have we been showing this same video to the 10 year old boys?

In response to your email sent 08/10/2022;
This is not the purpose of my request. The video noted in this attached letter from Principal Farese was not the video shown to the 4th grade boys this year.
The health education (gym) teacher did not communicate to the community or the administration. This is a false statement and I cannot understand why you are making it as we have been over this.
He/she chose to continually present the incorrect video, when asked. The evidence leads me to believe the video shown to our 10 yr old boys was intentionally concealed from the community and the administration by both the gym teacher, and by the previous Director of Curriculum.
The purpose of my request is to understand if the short segment (depicting sexual excitement, an erection and ejaculation) of the outdated video shown to the entirety of the 4th grade class in assembly format (and not listed on the curriculum and not communicated to the parents) has been shown to 4th grade boys in years past. Specifically 2018-2022.

I urge you to provide the documentation I have requested showing the Boards approval of the video “Always Changing About You” for the 4th grade health curriculum.
