Health Benefit rates and plan summaries
Ms. Lang:
May I have the Health, Dental and Vision rates on a 100% basis for the last 2 years for Wall Municipal. I would also like the plan summaries for health, dental and vision for both years. Please be sure each year is separated.
The timeframe for these documents is November 1, 2022 - March 1, 2024
I am requesting a PDF file(s) be returned here so I am not tracked by your law firm who is also my assemblyman Sean Kean. I do NOT want to be tracked to open a link and request permission.

The Township of Wall (“Township”) Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on April 25, 2024. The Township is

Dear Roberta and Jeff Bertrand:
I did not request the rates for Medical and Vision combined. Can you kindly send me the rates separate by 10:00 AM today as I am headed to a DOE meeting in Trenton and will be giving them your rates to compare against the Wall BOE's. I hope Wall Municipal is making employees that do not need Vision coverage to purchase it anyway to inflate funds in Self Insurance. Can you advise if that is the case.
I also have no idea what the links are for Mr. Kean's firm. Can you advise what they are that I will be tracked if I open. I only request PDF's for this reason.
